With traditional project delivery (often called design-bid-build), you would manage separate contracts with your designer and contractor. But with Design-Build, you’ll manage only one contract with J.A. Lott Design & Associates, while we collaborate with trusted, expert contractors who will help us transform your vision into reality. This effective, unified method is used by many designers around the country and the world to deliver optimal results. You may also hear it referred to as design/construct or single-source responsibility.
